Helping the unemployed with great questions!

I have run into large numbers of people that are unemployed and struggling. I think questions (the right ones) can have a massive impact.

When someone is unemployed and lost about what direction to go. I think the answers to this could help a ton of people: I have run into people that are discouraged.

Answer any number of the following

1- What question or questions would you ask to help someone get focused?

2- What question or questions would you ask to help someone that is discouraged?

3- What question or questions would you ask someone to really show that you care about them and their situation?

4- What website other than craigslist and monster would you suggest they read to give them hope?

Thank you for your continued support! I am grateful for every single answer that I get to these questions.

The gift of finding people that you can trust.

I want to thank each of the people here for expanding what is possible and expanding my views in a variety of areas. I am genuinely grateful for that.

I have been stuck on this and can use help with this answer. I think time is the only test for trust and that only time will reveal whether I can trust someone. I am often cynical in saying things like “time will tell” or “people say all sorts of things but time is the only true test”. I would like to hear ideas that can get my thinking past those levels.

Please answer any number of the following:

How do you determine whether you can trust someone and rely on him or her when you really need him or her?

What traits, behaviors or actions do you see as being a trustworthy person?

How do you measure trust?

What ideas do you have in the area of trust?

Sincere thanks for sharing whatever comes to your mind - I am grateful for every single answer.

Passion Versus Love?

Thank you for the the joy filled comments in the last entry. It was perfect.

How do you view the following - Passion versus love in this context.

A person says the following "I love my work" and another says "I am passionate about my work".

Answer any number of the following:

I love my work - How many hours per week do you envision that person working?
I am passionate about my work - How many hours per week do you envision that person working?

One person says I am passionate about charity and the other says I love charity - How would you see the person that loves charity versus the person that is passionate about charity? How would that look?

How would you compare the love versus passionate statement as it would relate to ones family?

Do you have any general feelings or ideas on how you would compare these two terms?
